History

The Notting Hill Adventure Playground has been on the same site since 1959. It started with home made play structures with corrugated iron forming much of the boundary fence. It then developed in response to the race riots in the area. The buildings were added during the 1970's and have changed little since then apart from the addition of central heating, offices upstairs and successive sets of play equipment.

The history of Glissando Steel Orchestra can be found on their website
